I'm Alexandra Courtney. I am a Panamanian-American illustrator & Concept Artist from New York. I've graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design (Illustration).
My work delves into fantastical and surreal themes, often exploring monsters, the supernatural, and the unreal, incorporating subcultures that I’m passionate about into my work. I love to play with color and line to evoke deep emotions, and I'm passionate about narrative-based work, especially in character and concept art. My illustrations often explore themes of culture and identity, conveying a moody, fun, and exciting vibe that resonates emotionally. I love all things music, theatre, fantasy, animation, and fun!
