For this project, I chose to design a bedroom and a private study for the character Draculaura, the daughter of Dracula from the first generation of the animated show/toyline “Monster High”.

I wanted to explore all of her interests while exploring what the aesthetics of her room would look like as a forever-young teenager who has lived for hundreds of years that adores all things pink, bat-themed, and can afford practically anything she wants. This included a lot of handmade furniture with Victorian touches here and there, while holding a generally macabre look. 

The two locations I chose to illustrate were two locations never really seen; her bedroom and a study for her to pursue interests such as drama, fearleading, poetry, and anything else she might be interested in.
